To request an account deletion, please email us rms@lufick.com with following details:

    • Add subject “RMS account deletion request”.
  2. Provide Account Details:
    • In your email message add below details:
      • Username: Specify the username associated with the account you wish to delete.
      • Email Address: Provide the email address associated with the account.
  3. Reason for Account Deletion:
    • Clearly explain the reason for your account deletion request. This helps our team members to understand your situation and offer appropriate advice or guidance.
