- Soft Deletion: Your data will be marked as deleted and backed up securely in our database for the next 15 days.
- This grace period is provided in case you deleted your account by mistake or need a copy of your health records for personal backup.

- After 15 days, your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from all our systems and backups, and cannot be recovered.

This app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a child has used the app without parental consent, we will promptly delete the information.
App Maintenance and Updates
myHealth is under constant improvement. We may:
- Update, change, or remove features periodically
- Experience occasional downtime due to maintenance
We aim to notify users in advance whenever possible.
Premium Features and Subscriptions
The myHealth app offers both free and premium versions to suit different user needs.
With the free version, you can:
- Add one family member
- Add up to two doctors
- Set one-time medicine reminders
To unlock the full power of myHealth, the premium version offers:
- Unlimited family members and doctor profiles
- Recurring medicine reminders to avoid resetting alarms
- Features like appointments, immunizations, treatments, and insurance tracking
- Access to cloud sync so your data is safe and accessible across devices
- Ability to export your health records as PDF for offline backup or sharing with doctors
- An entirely ad-free experience for smooth, uninterrupted use
Premium can be purchased via monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices may change at our discretion with prior notice.
Payments and Refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current term ends
- Refunds for in-app purchases are generally not offered, but exceptional cases may be reviewed within 30 days
- You can cancel your subscription anytime in the app store and play store settings
Modification and Termination of Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify app functionality
- Temporarily or permanently suspend features
- Delete stored data if necessary, e.g., in case of service termination
Users are advised to export or back up important data regularly.
