Premium Subscription and Prices
The Rent Management App offers both free and premium features. Premium features can be unlocked by purchasing a subscription, available in 6-month or 12-month plans. We reserve the right to change pricing at our discretion.
Payments and Refunds
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term unless canceled before the current term ends. The subscription price is charged on the first day of the new term. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect the day after the current term ends. Refunds for in-app purchases are generally not provided and are at our discretion.
Refunds related to one-time purchases will be handled on a case-by-case basis and only with one month of the purchase.
Modification and Termination of Services
We may modify or terminate our services at any time. Changes to functions or features may result in data deletion. We are not liable for any data loss, and users are advised to keep sensitive information outside the app. We do not make any promises regarding the continuous availability of our services.
